Our Mission
How Our Training Works
Legacy Flames Track Club is built on discipline, structure, and purpose. We develop young athletes physically and mentally through proper technique, consistent effort, and a positive training environment. Our goal is to build confidence, character, and long-term athletic development — not shortcuts.
Legacy Flames follows a structured, progressive training system focused on fundamentals, sprint mechanics, conditioning, and event-specific development. Registered families receive weekly training updates through text and email.

Registration: $75 (one-time)
Monthly Training: $75 per athlete
Sibling Discounts: $60 (2nd), $50 (3rd+)
Family Cap: $175/month max
AAU Membership: $24 (required for competing)
